Abstract Submission Form
We are delighted you plan to join us for the XX International Silage Conference (ISC) to be hosted by the University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida.
If you start the online process and get interrupted, the submission may time out, so before you begin, verify your abstract was prepared using the official abstract template. It should contain a title, recognize all authors and their respective affiliations, and include your full contact information at the end of the document.
- The name of the presenting author should be entered in the PRESENTER PROFILE section.
- Indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation when completing the form.
- If you request to give a talk and are not selected to speak, you will be offered a poster presentation.
- To allow as many people as possible to present and due to spacing constraints, we may not be able to accommodate requests for multiple presentations.
- Presentations should be of original research, which has been substantially completed, but which has not yet been published as a full paper in a scientific journal.
- Abstracts must be written and presented in English. Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author.
- Proof your abstract carefully and obtain co-author approvals prior to submission.
NOTE: You will get an error message if you try to upload your abstract file while it is still open on your computer. Be sure to close it before you hit submit.
Submission Confirmation:
Once you complete the abstract submission process, a confirmation form will be automatically generated and appear on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation in your inbox. Save this confirmation for future reference, as it will contain further instructions. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
WARNING: If you do not receive a confirmation email when you complete the submission, we did not receive your abstract. Contact us immediately by email at j.bailey@ufl.edu.
