CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of courtesy to your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Be sure to contact them directly.
In the case of a 48 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged 100% of the service price.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled, the stylist, after 15 mins late, has the option to reschedule your appointment and charge 50% of the service. As a courtesy to the artist and other clients, please notify your artist if you are at all running late, please let the stylist know, after 5 mins a $1 a min will be applied to total.
We all value out time, especially in the afternoons and weekends, with that in mind, the stylist charges more for afternoon appointments and weekends! Any appointments that start at 4:30 or run past 4:30 will be charged $15/hr. Saturday appointments will have a flat $15 charge for the weekend. We hope you understand that extra time away from our family is just as valuable as yours!

All deposits on larger services are non-refundable.
