Consultant Agreement:
If Canyon Scents accepts the above application, the following provisions shall govern the relationship between said Company Canyon Scents Candle Co. LLC. And applicant as a Consultant of Canyon Scents Candle Co. LLC.

*After first initial order - commission Structure as follows…

*35% Consultant Level - Consultants order a minimum of 12 candles or ($275. Retail Cost) Use your consultant code that Canyon Scents will send you.

*25% Commission– Consultants order 6-11 Candles (use code Canyon Scents emails you)

* 20% Commission– Consultants order 1-5 Candles (use code Canyon Scents Sends you)

*40% Premium Consultant Level – After a consultant generates $3200 in sales, consultant will receive a 40% Discount on each case of candles or $275. Retail before discount

* Advertising – To market your Canyon Scents business, Consultants may choose to use advertising and printed materials. Consultants are required to follow the applicable policies regarding marketing and advertising.

*Consultants can name your own individual business but refer to themselves as Independent Consultant’s for Canyon Scents. Consultants should use Canyon Scents Logo for business Card, Banners, and other advertising materials .”Consultants must not change or manipulate logos, Canyon Scents Icons in anyway. Consultants must use “Independent Consultant” with Consultants name with Canyon Scents logo. Consultants are not permitted to refer to themselves, their websites, etc. in such a way that would lead anyone to believe they are
the Home Office or owners of Canyon Scents Candle Co.

*Canyon Scents Consultants must agree not to sell a competitor's candles/fragrance product that will compete with Canyon Scents Candle Co. (Exception to this rule -Only to deplete prior candles from a previous company.

*Home office approved websites, banners, etc. – Please check with Canyon Scents before going live with your website or making advertising materials with logo.

*There are no set regions or geographical areas for consultants. Consultants are permitted to sell anywhere in the United States.

*Applicant recognizes that it is the Applicants responsibility to pay taxes due on sales of products, business, license taxes and fees, and all applicable income taxes with respect to all earnings and net profits applicant accrues or receives from Applicant’s business. Consultant acknowledges that Canyon Scents Co. LLC has no
responsibility to pay any such taxes. Applicant/Consultant shall be solely responsible for any tax exemption
certificate.

* Applicant has no authority, and shall not represent that he/she has any authority, to enter into any contract or
agreement on behalf of Canyon Scents, or to bind this company in any way.

*Applicant agrees that they will not engage in any activities that are, or could be detrimental to Canyon Scents,
its name or its existing or future business.

*Product Shipping/Delivery – Canyon scents uses both UPS and USPS for shipping. Customers /Consultants are able to choose which shipping co. they would like to use at the time of ordering. If Customer/Consultant receives broken or damaged product they should file a claim with their shipping co. as well as Canyon Scents.

Product Knowledge And Best Practice’s
1. Trim wicks to ¼ inch
*Adds additional hours to the life of your candle.
*Stop additional soot build-up from masking the incredible fragrance.

2. Candles should be extinguished and trimmed every 4 hours.

* Canyon Scents candles permeate the fastest and are the strongest fragranced candle on the market.

Best practices – keeping the wicks trimmed every 4 hours will increase the burn time and will keep your candle burning clean.

3. Do not burn candles if there is only 1/4-inch wax or less at bottom of candle.

* The flame from candle could break the glass if it gets too close to the glass.

4. Do not leave the candle unattended. Any type of fire is dangerous.

5. Be safe by following these safety instructions and instructions on the bottom of your Canyon Scents Candle and Please share candle safety with your customers.

*Wickless candles are made in tins. They can get hot while on some warmers. Please be cautious.
