• *if you are not able to arrive /depart in time at the Tulum airport for the group transportation service pick-up/drop-off times, you will be responsible for your own transportation at extra cost. 

Package Rates as follows:

• $997 USD per person based on Double Occupancy
• $1497 USD Single Occupancy

• NOTE: Triple occupancy is possible in a few rooms. Please reach out if you want to have 3 vs 2 per room which would qualify for a discount per person.

Deposit and Payment Schedule

$97 USD (double occupancy) or $597 USD (single occupancy) non-refundable deposit required today to reserve your room. Once received, your room will be verified. If we are unable to accommodate you, your deposit will be refunded immediately. 

If you are unable to make it and we are able to fill your room, you will receive your deposit back. Otherwise, deposit is non-refundable.

Payment arrangements will be as follows: 

50% of remaining balance due by October 20th, 2024

Final Balance due by Nov 20th, 2024

To keep things simple, we will automatically charge your credit card on file with "STRIPE" for amount due on dates above. Please reach out before payment is due to change payment method.
