1. By submitting this form, you grant Sharo-Chan EDM a non-exclusive license to monetize your song on YouTube without the need for content identification or claims. This authorization allows the use of your song in all YouTube visual content for commercial purposes.

2. Your personal information provided in this form will remain confidential and will not be shared publicly.

3. You have the right to request the deletion of any video containing your song, if you wish.

4. You have the right to revoke this agreement at any time. However, you must inform Sharo-Chan EDM 7 days prior to the termination.

5. This agreement remains in effect until the song owner decides to terminate it.
