Rules and Regulations
1. Space is assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Please return your completed registration form and payment as soon as possible. Your space is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Only one type of each vendor will be accepted. (i.e. only one Tupperware Consultant and only one Gold Canyon Consultant, etc.)
2. We will try to accommodate all vendors; however we cannot guarantee specific table or booth locations. The tables or booths are per business
3. The Gilbert Plains – Grandview Agricultural Society reserves the right to reject or accept all vendor applications.
4. Cancellation of registration must be given at least 14 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. Any vendor who cancels after this deadline will not receive a refund. No-shows will also not be refunded.
5.The $30 include 1 wrisband to fair grounds if require more must purchase All vendors much purchase their own wristband to gain access to the fairgrounds. It is a policy of the Gilbert Plains – Grandview Agricultural Society not to provide free grounds admission to any vendors, volunteers, or workers. This ensures that all our costs and disgraces are covered should a vendor, volunteer or worker leave their post unattended without permission, or should a vendor, volunteer or worker attend other events on the grounds before or after their duties have started or ended.
6. Electrical outlets will be provided to those who request power prior to the event. You must supply your own cord.
7. The Gilbert Plains – Grandview Agricultural Society will exercise reasonable precaution for the protection of vendors and their property but shall assume no responsibility for the loss or damage of the vendor’s property or injury to him/herself. The vendor shall be liable for any and all damages which he/she may case.
8. Set-up time for the event will begin at 8:00am on Saturday, July12, 2025
9. Exhibitors who dismantle their display/table prior to the assigned time of 4:00pm on Saturday, July 12, 2025 will be asked to leave the fairgrounds immediately, have their wristband removed and may not be invited back to next year’s event as a vendor, unless an emergency arises.
10. No registrations shall be accepted after July 1st, 2025
