TrashPals Service Agreement

Company: TrashPals (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Customer: The individual or entity subscribing to the services (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
By subscribing to TrashPals services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and
conditions set forth herein.
1. Agreement Overview
This Agreement governs the subscription-based bin-to-curb services provided by TrashPals to the
Customer for a one-year term. The Customer’s use of TrashPals services constitutes acceptance of
these terms.
2. Services Provided
TrashPals agrees to:
- Move trash and recycling bins from the Customer’s designated storage area to the curb on scheduled
collection days.
- Return bins to the designated storage area after municipal collection.
- Ensure bins are placed in compliance with local waste collection guidelines.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
- Subscription Model: One-year contract starting from the subscription date. Services are provided on a
weekly basis.
- Payment Schedule: Weekly billing on the same day each week. Payments are due at the start of each
billing cycle.
- Payment Methods: Accepted methods include credit/debit cards or other options listed on our website.
- Late Payments: Accounts not paid by the due date may be suspended or terminated until payment is
received.
- Subscription Modifications: Customers may modify their subscription by contacting TrashPals.
Changes take effect in the next billing cycle.
4. Service Scheduling and Delivery
- Service Frequency: Weekly or as specified in the subscription plan.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: 48-hour notice required. A $50 fee applies for cancellations or
rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice.
- Weather/Unforeseen Circumstances: TrashPals will notify the Customer and reschedule services as
soon as possible.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Access: Provide safe, unobstructed access to bins.
- Preparation: Ensure bins are properly prepared (lids closed, waste sorted).
- Hazards: Remove obstacles or hazards that may interfere with service delivery.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation of Subscription: This is a one-year contract. Customers remain responsible for the full
year’s payment even if canceled early. No refunds for unused weeks.
- Refund Policy: No refunds for partial weeks. If TrashPals fails to perform services, a credit or refund
may be offered at our discretion.
7. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: TrashPals is not liable for damages caused by municipal waste collectors or
pre-existing bin damage.
- Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold TrashPals harmless from claims arising from
Customer negligence or breach of this Agreement.
8. Service Guarantee
If dissatisfied, Customer must contact TrashPals within 3 days of service. We will make reasonable
efforts to resolve concerns.
9. Termination
- By Company: TrashPals may terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.
- By Customer: Customer may terminate with notice but remains responsible for full one-year payment.
10. Privacy
TrashPals values your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Modification of Terms
TrashPals reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our
website and take effect immediately.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of
Cabarrus, NC .
