This allows us to get to know more about your personal hair journey, & your hair goals, to determine if you are a good candidate for hair extensions, before we book you for an in-person consultation & color match. At your in-person consult, we will be color matching, so it is important to feel good about the color of your current hair, before ordering hair extensions to match. Are you looking to change your hair color, or stay with what you currently have?

This is the most important part of the application!

- Please use your cell phone to take an updated photo of your hair, from the FRONT, BACK, & SIDE.

- THESE MUST BE PHOTOS OF YOUR CURRENT HAIR.

- Please take these photos in the best natural light available to you. Photos taken outdoor in the shade or in indirect light, OR taken indoor, near a window or door entry, usually give the best light. Please do not use the flash.

- I need THREE photos: FRONT , BACK , SIDE PROFILE.

I understand if you need to take these yourself, but if you are able to have someone take them for you, that is always helpful! :)

PRICING, MAINTENANCE, & CANCELLATIONS
FIRST TIME CLIENTS

In order to book an appointment there is a $500 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

*This desposit will go towards the cost of your appointment, on the day of new install. The remaining balance will be due, the day of new install.

A first time client can expect to invest anywhere from $500 - $1800 for volume services, and $1500 - $3,000+ at a first time appointment. The total is narrowed down during the consultation, where the final price is determined based upon where your hair is currently at, and what is needed to be done, to help you accomplish your goals.

This investment includes the cost of 100% remy, cuticle intact, silicone-free, human-hair extensions, custom coloring of wefts, customized installation, an extension cut to blend your new hair, a gift box with extension care essentials, & styling.

MAINTENANCE

After your new install, you can expect the following:

Hand Tied Hair Extensions (IBE)

- Move up your extension rows every 6-10 weeks. The hand tied wefts are re-usable. We will fully remove, re-section, and re-install them on a clean, secure, newly beaded row.

- Replace hand tied hair every 6-12 months with brand new hair.

Keratin Bonds

- The hair is not re-usable. After about 4 months of wear, you will return to the studio to have them removed professionaly. We will then shampoo your hair, blow dry, and we will re-install using brand new keratin bonds.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations & No Showing

Please contact via email or my direct number to cancel any appointment with at least 48 hours of notice.

If a less than 48-hour notice is given, then 50% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours, same day are subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

In the event the guest does not show up for the scheduled appointment and fails to give any notice, the guest is considered a "no show" and 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request.

In response, I will receive an email with directions to move forward with booking an in-person extension consultation and color match, using a provided online-booking link, if I am a good fit for extensions.

Generally, new guests are able to be seen for a new install appointment within 4-7 weeks of an in-person consult & color match. There is also a cancellation list for unexpected openings, should it allow new guests to get in sooner!
