Attachment C - Quarterly Progress Report
Please Note:

Completing the Quarterly Progress Report is a requirement of your Maryland Offshore Wind Supply Chain Investment Program Agreement. Failure to provide progress reports may result in the delay in reimbursement, or in the termination of your Agreement.

Reports are due on the following dates:
- Quarter 1 - April 30
- Quarter 2 - July 30
- Quarter 3 - October 30
- Quarter 4 - January 30
Failure to submit a properly completed Quarterly Progress Report may result in your organization becoming "non-compliant" with the Grant Agreement and may result in a significant delay in your financial reimbursements.
