Price List*:
Hairstyling Brides $175.00 and up; Updos $200.00 and up
Hairstyling Bridesmaids/Mother of the Bride/Other $150.00 and up; Updos $175.00 and up.
Hairstyling Flower Girls $90.00 and up; Updos $130.00 and up (will not be included in the minimum number of clients - see below).
*Minimum of five (5) clients per booking. Should the minimum number not be met, an additional fee of $75.00 will be added.
Booking: To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 30% deposit of the total balance at the time of signing. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment: Please make payment using Zelle, Venmo (freddy-ceron), or Vagaro invoice. If the wedding is postponed, an additional fee will be added to reserve a new date of $150.00 plus the deposit. The final balance is due the day of the event upon arrival.
Delays: A late fee of $30.00 will be charged for late appointments when the client is late for her scheduled time.
Parking Fees: Where parking, valet and or toll fees may have occurred, the amount will be included with the final bill the day of the event.
Hotel and Accommodations: Depending on the wedding destination and required arrival time, a hotel room will be booked and included in the final fees.
Cancellation Policy: Bridesmaids/guests who cancel hairstyling will be charged 100% of their total balance. Cancellation of wedding will be charged 80% of the total balance.
Travel Fee: Travel fee is a minimum of $200 per wedding regardless of location and is subject to change dependent of distance. Early arrival fee will be charged if arrival time is before 7:00 a.m. and will be dependent on location distance/expected arrival time. If the bride is requesting a second location, a $100.00 fee will be added. If an assistant is needed the same travel fee applies.
Assistant Fee: Wedding parties larger than five (5) will require an assistant for a fee of $175.00 which will be added to the total balance.
Contract and Deposit: Must be sent out within (1) week grace period per discussion of booking or the date will be made available to other wedding parties.
Instructions for Bride/Bridal Party: Please arrive on time. Please review and inform all members of the bridal party of the prices. Arrive with clean hair and a loose fitted shirt.
Contract Acknowledgement
I agree to have my appointments scheduled as needed, agree to the prices and policies listed in the contract. I understand and agree to pay the complete balance for my wedding party on the date listed in the contract. I understand and will comply with the cancellation policy and understand no refund will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointments. I fully understand that I am responsible for the balance of any members who fail to provide payment. Deposit is non-refundable.
