VSP Eyes of Hope Program
Through VSP Vision™ Eyes of Hope® in collaboration with The Fairy Godmother Foundation of New York, inc., you may be eligible to receive a comprehensive eye exam at The Viscardi Center from a VSP® network doctor and, if prescribed, high-quality glasses at no cost. Walk-in appointments are extremely limited, so pre-registration is recommended via the form below. Time slots are available on August 6th and 7th.
