Hello families! Thank you for your interest in our Teen Confirmation program. Please complete this form to register for Teen Confirmation. This online registration form is Step 1 of your registration process. Your registration is INCOMPLETE until we receive a copy of your child's Baptism and First Communion certificate AND participate in a Journey Meeting. If your child is unbaptized, our office requires a copy of your child's birth certificate. Please follow the steps below to complete your registration. Thank you!

For students needing First Holy Communion:

First Holy Communion Preparation is embedded into our Confirmation curriculum. However, students needing BOTH sacraments will need to attend 1 additional class, rehearsal and Mass. Dates and additional information will be provided to students directly.
Course Selection
Please select your desired courses. Please note that each course needs to be taken at least once within a 2 year period. We advise you to consider any extracurriculars your child may be involved in prior to registering for courses.

We recommend that that new students begin with Chosen.
