Program Requirements:
- Be from a connected Orange County United Way corporate partner, current partner agency, or affinity group
- Have completed 2 to 4 years of college/university education
- Have at least 3 years of career experience
- Complete an orientation, mandated reporter training, and background check
- Contribute to a recommended 1 hour of monthly meetings across the 6-month program

The program will run from November 2024-May 2025
