Luxury Division Application - Sales History Review

Please submit your Real Luxury Division transactions for review.

Sales Requirements

Submit six (6) Qualified Transactions that meet each of the following:
- The six (6) Closed Dates are within the last 24 months before submitting your application.
- The Sold Price meets the CLHMS™ threshold, but is not below $750,000.
  Transaction Status is Closed.
- The property type is Single Family Residential, to include townhome, or condominium single units.
- At least 3 transactions are listings. If an applicant was both the Listing Agent and Buyer's Agent (double-ended) for a single transaction, the property transaction will only qualify as ONE transaction for the purpose of this application.
After submitting, the Real Luxury Division Team and Institute will review and follow up to let you know if your application has been approved within 10 business days.
