Helping your Yoga with Amber Retreat to run smoothly
The Yoga with Amber Retreat is a 7-Day Yoga Intensive and Wellbeing Retreat from the 7th June (1 - 2 pm Check-in) - to the 13th June 2026

The accommodation is in Individual villas that are either twin share or with a kingsize bed. Unless requested, you will have your own personal Villa per booking.

NB: Additional costs will apply if you have an additional person (partner) staying.

Cancellations and refunds policy:
As places are strictly limited on our retreats, we have adopted the
Following Cancellations and refunds policy:
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
  
  The remaining balance is due 6 months prior to the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment by this time may result in forfeiture of your place and deposit.
- Refunds
  The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  Cancellations made more than 6 months prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of any payments made excluding the deposit.
  No refunds are available for cancellations made within 6 months of the retreat start date.
  If you cancel within 60 days of the retreat start date, no refund will be issued.
- Travel & Insurance
  Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover illness, injury, travel disruption, and any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance.
  Wellness with Amber is not responsible for costs incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, or personal circumstances.
