B-Ballerz Basketball Academy Birthday Party Booking Policies:
1. Reservation and Deposit:
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date for the birthday party.
- This deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- A $50 cancellation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event to avoid additional charges.
3. Payment Terms:
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 3 days before the scheduled event.
4. Facility Use and Cleanliness:
- The renting party is responsible for ensuring that the facility is left in a clean and orderly condition.
- Trash must be disposed of in designated areas, and any decorations or personal items must be removed after the event.
5. Damage Policy:
- The renting party is responsible for any physical damage to the facility that occurs during the event.
- Any damages will be assessed and billed to the renting party accordingly.
6. Footwear Requirements:
- All children who will be playing on the court are required to wear indoor gym shoes.
- Outdoor shoes are not permitted on the court to protect the playing surface.
7. Supervision:
- Adequate adult supervision is required at all times during the event.
- The renting party is responsible for the behavior and safety of all attendees.
8. Time Allocations:
- The event must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Any additional time requested beyond the reserved hours may incur extra charges and is subject to availability.
9. Liability:
- The Basketball Academy is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the event.
- The renting party must sign a liability waiver prior to the event.
10. Facility Rules:
- No food or drinks are allowed on the court area.
- Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited within the facility.
- All attendees must follow the Basketball Academyâs rules and regulations.
By booking a birthday party at our Basketball Academy, you agree to comply with these policies. Thank you for choosing our facility to celebrate your special occasion!
11. Liability & Supervision Clause â Birthday Parties
By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree that B-Ballerz Athletic Academy, its staff, and its coaches are not responsible for supervising children during birthday parties, including ensuring they remain inside the facility at all times.
 Supervision of all children is the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians and the host family. If the party is intended to be a âdrop-offâ event, it is the responsibility of the host to clearly communicate to all guests that B-Ballerz staff will not be responsible for the supervision, safety, or whereabouts of any child during the event.
 By signing below, I release B-Ballerz Athletic Academy and its staff from any liability related to supervision or personal injury during the birthday party event.
