For and in consideration of being permitted to ride dirt bikes or have access to lands commonly known as "The Holler" property in Clay City, Kentucky, each of the Undersigned, for himself, personal representatives, heirs, or assigns: Hereby Releases, Waives, Discharges, and Covenants Not to Sue the Landowner, the Landowner Lessor, Cabins of the Holler LLC, the Landowners agents in whatever capacities, from all loss or damage, on account of injury or death to person or property of the undersigned while on the Landowners property and each of the undersigned expressly agrees that the Release, Waiver, and Covenant not to sue is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the Law of Kentucky and if any portion is held invalid, the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.

Each of the undersigned warrants the following statements are true and correct and understands the Landowner and is Lessor and/or Agents in whatever capacity, have relied on them, in entering into the foregoing Release, Waiver, and Covenant Not to Sue Agreement in issuing the undersigned a permit.

1. No Oral representation or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.

2. He/She assumes full responsibility and risk of death or injury to person or property due to negligence of the Landlord, the
Landlord Lessor, or their Agents while on the Landlord's property.

3. HE/SHE HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNED THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY.
