Hello, 

We are the Kool parents Shavonne & Tamall.

I'm Shavonne the Executive Assistant at Success On The Spectrum for six years. I have been a Registered Behavioral Technician for seven years. I received my associate degree in 2021 and my Bachelors in 2023. I am currently pursuing my master’s to obtain my Board-Certified Behavior Analyst license. Teaching children with autism and special needs is my passion. All children need love, patience, care and attention. This is my goal and hope for every child I encounter. We are happy to be able to give back to the children in our community.  We are also Owners of Brave Behavior LLC, Terrell's Transportation LLC and Co Owners in Slip N Slide Rentals.

Starting a company at a young age for our children has always been our dream. This company instills in them how to be a responsible person and how to live and make an honest living. Our company is built on love, laughter and family. We get to make memories together as a family and watch the kids grow in their business every day. We would like to give all the praise to God because without Him this would not be possible.
