PopUp Shops

Please read this form in its entirety before submitting and make sure to select the date for which you are signing up. All SpeakUpSis® PopUp Shops are outdoors and take place at the SpeakUpSis Empowerment Center.
Thank you for applying to participate in a SpeakUpSis PopUp Shop. Please be sure to fill out the form completly and upload artwork/logo to be used for promotions. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Our events team will reach out once your application is approved. To keep the market diverse, please note certain categories may be closed out once our limit is reached. Once accepted, payment information will be sent via email. Please add empowermentcenter@speakupsis.com as a trusted email, so it does not go to your spam folder. Vendors will need to bring their own table (maximum 6ft) and table coverings. 10x10 tents are acceptable.

Inclement Weather Disclaimer

Please be advised that the SpeakUpSis PopUp Shop is not responsible for inclement weather conditions. The event will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise notified. In case of adverse weather, it is the responsibility of vendors and attendees to take necessary precautions for their safety and well-being.

Refund Policy

All vendor fees are nonrefundable and are for the date(s) you select. However, in the case of event cancellation by Speak Up Sis, LLC for any unforeseeable reason, your vendor fee can be transferred to a future SpeakUpSis PopUp Shop event within the next 3 months. If the event is not cancelled, the fee is not transferrable to another date.

Vendor Space Policy

Each paid vendor space is limited to the representation of a single business. Vendors are not permitted to share their space with other businesses or promote multiple businesses within a single booth. This policy ensures a fair and equitable experience for all participants and maintains the integrity of the event. Vendor spaces are not assigned; spaces are first come, first serve.
