The Association of Performing Arts Professionals is the service, advocacy, and membership organization for the live performing arts field. Our annual APAP|NYC conference is the world's leading convening for the industry. This conference would not be possible without the dedicated support of members and the income from conference registration. APAP has lowered conference registration fees overall post-pandemic, however, we understand that for some members the full registration costs still remain a barrier at this time.
If you need additional financial support to attend the annual conference, APAP invites you to fill out this form to apply for The Participation Assistance Fund (PAF), which offers $300 towards conference registration or an exhibit booth purchase.
Important Information, Deadlines and Instructions
To apply for support through the Participation Assistance Fund, complete this form. Please wait for notification before you register for the APAP|NYC 2025 conference, as PAF funds cannot be applied retroactively.
There is no deadline to apply. However, we encourage you to apply early to take advantage of lower registration rates and before funds run out.
Award Notifications will be sent on a rolling basis while funds last. PAF funds cannot be combined with other registration offers.
- Participation assistance will be awarded on a rolling basis until funds are exhausted.
- Participation assistance recipients will receive a reduction off the applicable conference registration rate or exhibit space purchase.
