***DEPOSIT AGREEMENT*** To schedule an appointment with me (JESSIKINK) a minimum of a $40 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required. Please contact the shop directly to pay your deposit.

The deposit will come off of the overall price of the tattoo, the day of your appointment, upon completion. If you would like to put a higher amount down as a deposit, you may, but whatever amount you put down will be NON REFUNDABLE, and still come off of the price of the tattoo, the day of, upon completion.

Any appointments rescheduled will require another minimum of a $40 NON REFUNDABLE deposit, leaving the first deposit void.

I acknowledge that my artist charges per piece, not hourly.
