Complaint request for a damaged product
Before filing a product complaint, please check the following points:

The complaint will be automatically rejected if:
- you submit the complained product without an issued receipt or complaint form;
- you do not report the product immediately upon discovering damages or defects and continue to use it;
- the damage occurred due to improper use of the product (e.g., using it on an outdoor playground when the shoe is designed for indoor use only).

Return of damaged or faulty product

For submitting the product for complaint, we will need pictures of the product along with a description of the fault. We will assess the fault based on the photographs you send us (they should be as clear as possible). Once the return with the fault is accepted, we will notify you. In case of a disputed complaint, by submitting the form, you agree that it will be evaluated by a court-appointed appraiser for leather/fur/textile.

Refund of Purchase Price
