Level 1 Scoretable Course

Gold Coast Basketball is running a level 1 scoretable course open to everyone. This course is targeted towards representative parents who are unfamiliar with scorebenching and looking to learn.

The course is expected to take up to 2.5 hours.

 

When: Tuesday March 3rd, 6:30pm - 9pm

Where: Gold Coast Sports & Leisure Centre, Carrara. Level 2 Currumbin conference room.

Cost: Free

What to bring: Pen & Paper

 

All participants attending must register through this form.

Gold Coast Basketball has a number of teams competing in state leagues from QSLYL to NBL1. While providing opportunities for players, these also present a great pathway for scorebench officials to be involved and progress within the sport. The season runs from April to July each year.

QSL1 & NBL1 also includes statisticians as part of the officials team. New statisticians are always welcome with training provided.

Gold Coast Score Bench - Gold Coast Score Bench is a Facebook group used for communicating a range of general scoretable information on the Gold Coast; including games that need a scorer to fill in, EOI's for state and national tournaments, communicating game times for our state league. Those interested in being involved, please invite yourself to the group.
