I acknowledge that while I am participating in the Fieldwork event, I may be photographed by a still or video camera. I authorize the Michigan Conference Youth Department to utilize my photographic image and/or video without identification in its brochures, videos, and advertisements in any media, including the Michigan Youth Department website. In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless the Michigan Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and its agents from any and all responsibility of liability relating to the use of the photographs or video footage. I understand that I will not receive compensation should any photograph or video footage authorized hereunder be used.
