Maestra (maestra.ai) is a cutting-edge web-based editing platform that leverages speech synthesis and machine learning technology to provide automatic captioning, transcription, voiceover services, and translation of subtitles into over 125 languages. As a US-based startup operating remotely, we are seeking an experienced SEO/Growth Hacker to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth for our innovative SAAS product.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively promote our platform to target audiences.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance product offerings and user experience.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on SEO and PPC.
- Lead SEM initiatives to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- Manage and optimize email marketing and social media campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability and motivation to work autonomously in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a technology or SAAS company.
- Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
