FAQS
Who is this program for?
Designed for competitive hockey players who want to elevate their game to the next level.
Our focus is to improve small details of individual players that often get overlooked in a team setting.
Our coaching team will consistently provide education, feedback, and advice to make progressively improve each week.
How do sessions work?
Skating Lab:
Athletes work on developing speed and power with various speeds,
inclines, and timed intervals. We will also work on technique, edge work, and lower body conditioning.
Gym (Workouts):
Focused on fundamental movement patterns (ie lunging, hinging, squatting, pulling, pushing, bracing, and rotating) along with speed, agility, quickness, and conditioning.
Exercises and structure will differ depending on age, experience, and individual goals.
Programming will be custom designed for specific needs after an assessment during week one. Each week we develop critical strength and skills that directly transfer to on-ice performance.
By the end of the program, you will be moving better, stronger, faster, and more confident.

Message from Courtenay - “As hockey players, our off-season is a short and critical time for development. Your performance for the upcoming season is going to be determined by the work you put in during this time.
Training with me, your sessions will be personally programmed and tailored to specific needs, abilities, and athletic goals. We’ll focus on everything needed to move up another level. As we improve in sport the skill gap closes. The smallest differences are what separates you from being above-average. If we maximize the off-season, we get ahead. I commit to my athletes because I believe in them, and am here to help you reach maximum potential. We will learn to love the grind that comes before gratification in a safe, and hard-working demeanor. Choosing the right support can make or break an athlete’s journey.
You can do anything you put your mind to with the correct resources, support, effort, and time. I’m ready to commit to your development this off-season if you are!”
