I understand there are no limitations or restrictions regarding what may be discussed or revealed.

I also give my permission to Fortified Realty Group LLC to share my contact information with any member of their team, successors, affiliates, vendors, marketing partners, or strategic partners (“Shared Information”). I also consent to receiving communications by phone, text/sms message. Communications may include marketing or sales solicitations.

I am aware that a credit history, landlord/tenant court search and criminal background check (criminal offender record information (CORI)) may be done in conjunction with my application and I hereby authorize Fortified Realty Group LLC, or their contractors, to request the aforementioned reports. I understand that I may have the right to make a written request within a reasonable period of time to receive additional, detailed information about the nature and scope of this investigation. If my application is denied based upon my credit report, I will be informed of the specific reason.

I agree that the Landlord may terminate any tenancy made in reliance on any misstatement made in this application. I understand that there is no agreement to rent until a lease/tenancy agreement is signed by the Landlord. I understand that Fortified Realty Group LLC is acting solely as the agent of the landlord and any and all final decisions rest solely with the landlord. I hereby give my permission to Fortified Realty Group LLC to share all of the information above with the landlord.
