Terms and Conditions Agreement for Permanent Jewelry:
- I understand that once the chain is cut, this now belongs to me as the customer.
- I understand that if my jewelry breaks off for whatever reason, I am able to request for a complimentary re-weld within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, I will pay the $15 re-weld fee.
- I understand that if I lose my jewelry, I will not be refunded. I will be able to repurchase my chain for 50% off retail price.
- I am over 18 years old. If person receiving the jewelry is under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must sign for them.
