All volunteers and staff Peer Recovery Support Specialists will agree to the NAADAC/NCC AP National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) Code of Ethics, which outlines fundamental values and principles of peer recovery support practice. The principles in the following Code of Ethics will guide Certified Peer Support Specialists in the various roles, relationships, and levels of responsibility in which they function professionally. Peer Support Specialists will always preserve an objective and professional relationship with the peers they serve.
