  • *Winter 25 tickets, lessons, and rentals are non-refundable within 7-days of the start date, as acknowledged at the time of purchase. In certain circumstances, a voucher may be issued. Refunds may be considered for lift closures or with an included doctor's note from Mogul Medical.

  • Please note during extreme winds that cause the lifts to close, we offer a variety of options depending on the situation:

     - If Lift 1 does not open at 9AM, you may choose to trade in your lift ticket, rentals, and/or lesson for a voucher to use another day. 
    - If Lift 1 does not open at 9AM and remains closed by 11AM, you may request a refund only if your ticket has not been scanned. If your ticket has been scanned on Pioneers or Rueggli, you may request a voucher. 
    - If Lift 1 is open at 9AM but closes before 1PM and does not reopen, you may request a refund if your ticket has not been scanned. If your ticket has been scanned, you may request a voucher. 
    - If other lifts close but Lift 1 remains open, there are no refunds or vouchers issued because all levels of terrain are available. 

  • The Blake & Residences Cancellation Policy:

    For reservations with an arrival date between April 14, 2024 and November 18, 2024, or April 7, 2025 and November 26, 2025, the remainder of your stay will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable at that time.

    For reservations with an arrival date between November 18, 2024 and April 7, 2025, the remainder of your stay will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable at that time.

     

    The Blake Penthouse Cancellation Policy:

    Reservations with arrivals dates between April 14 2024 and November 18 2024, or April 7 2025 and November 26, 2025 have a 14 day cancellation policy
    Reservations with arrivals between November 18 2024 and December 20 2024, or January 4 2025 and April 7 2025, have a 30 day cancellation policy
    Reservations with arrivals between December 21st 204 and January 3 2025, have a 45 day cancellation policy.

  • ** Valid Season Pass Assurance Claims: 

    • An unexpected and verified injury or illness that prevents you from utilizing your pass.
    • You or a family member are called to active military duty or emergency service as a reservist.
    • Transfer of employment that requires relocation. (Your current employer requires you to transfer 100 miles or more away from your principal residence.)
    • Involuntary termination of layoff by your employer.
      You must provide a termination notice from your employer. You must have been an active employee with the same employer for at least one (1) continuous year. This provision is not applicable to temporary or seasonal employment, independent contractors, freelancers, or self-employed persons. 
       
      The Season Pass Assurance reimbursement is determined using the purchase price of the pass less days used calculated at $150 a day for winter use, $35 a day for summer use, $100 per buddy ticket use minus used credit at The Blake. 

    Documentation is required for all refund and voucher requests within cancellation periods, please upload your documentation below.
