*Winter 25 tickets, lessons, and rentals are non-refundable within 3-days of the start date, as acknowledged at the time of purchase. In certain circumstances, a voucher may be issued. Refunds may be considered for lift closures or with an included doctor's note from Mogul Medical.

Reservations at The Blake & The Blake Residences with arrival dates corresponding to the dates below may be cancelled up to 8 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of your arrival date, your reservation becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable and you will be charged the remainder of your outstanding balance.

Regular Winter 26 Season Cancellation Policy.

Reservations at The Blake & The Blake Residences with arrival dates corresponding to the dates below may be cancelled up to 15 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of your arrival date, your reservation becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable and you will be charged the remainder of your outstanding balance.
Arrival dates between:
• November 21, 2024 - December 20, 2025
• January 4, 2026 - January 15, 2026
• January 20, 2026 - February 12, 2026
• February 17, 2026 - March 8, 2026
• March 22, 2026 - April 4, 2026

Peak Winter 26 Season Cancellation Policy.

Reservations at The Blake & The Blake Residences with arrival dates corresponding to the dates below may be cancelled up to 31 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of your arrival date, your reservation becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable and you will be charged the remainder of your outstanding balance.
Arrival dates between:
• December 20, 2025 - January 3, 2026
• January 16, 2026 - January 19, 2026
• February 13, 2026 – February 16, 2026
• March 9, 2026 - March 21, 2026

Please note: If you booked a package, the cancellation policy may differ from standard reservations.

** Valid Season Pass Assurance Claims:

An unexpected and verified injury or illness that prevents you from utilizing your pass.
You or a family member are called to active military duty or emergency service as a reservist.
Transfer of employment that requires relocation. (Your current employer requires you to transfer 100 miles or more away from your principal residence.)
Involuntary termination of layoff by your employer.
You must provide a termination notice from your employer. You must have been an active employee with the same employer for at least one (1) continuous year. This provision is not applicable to temporary or seasonal employment, independent contractors, freelancers, or self-employed persons.

The Season Pass Assurance reimbursement is determined using the purchase price of the pass less days used calculated at $150 a day for winter use, $35 a day for summer use, $100 per buddy ticket use minus used credit at The Blake.
