Implementation Log

Submit Implementation Log noting 25 hours of effective implementation.

Note: Effective implementation should include activities you have led/facilitated or activities where you met, discussed, or collaborated with colleagues and/or stakeholders regarding the knowledge gained resulting from this PLU as related to Standard VII: Management of the Learning Organization. Implementation must note evidence of your specific leadership role in your organization.
