Welcome to the Chiropractic Champions Fund! For the entire month of July, we are excited to announce our support for youth sports teams by offering a chance to win funds for jerseys, sports travel, equipment, or any other needs your team may have.

All you need to do is submit a video explaining why your team deserves to win, and the top three submissions will receive CASH PRIZES!

Eligibility:
- At least one member or parent of the team must be a patient at a 100% Chiropractic clinic.
- Open to all youth sports teams, regardless of when their season started.
Prizes:
- 1st Place: $3,000
- 2nd Place: $2,000
- 3rd Place: $1,000
Video Submission Rules:
- Aim for a 1-2 minute video.
- Explain why your team deserves the prize and what you will use the funds for.
- While it's encouraged to feature the whole team, it's not mandatory.
- Show off your team's personality! We want to see your enthusiasm and creativity.
