Event Rentals Operations Coordinator – The WaitStaff Team, Inc.
Location: Tigard, OR
Position Type: Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling)
Pay: $22 per hour

The WaitStaff Team, Inc. (TWST) is a fast-growing event staffing and rentals company based in Tigard, OR. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and hands-on Rentals Coordinator to keep our events running smoothly from behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
- Prep, pack, and organize rental equipment for events.
- Transport rentals to/from events and wash them at a local commissary kitchen using a company vehicle.
- Clean, inspect, and store returned rental equipment.
- Keep warehouse spaces safe, clean, and organized.
- Use Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and a proprietary work order software for communication and task tracking.
- Adjust priorities weekly based on event needs and task lists.
What You Bring
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Strong skills in efficiency, organization, and independent task management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and drive vans or small box trucks (no CDL required).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 programs, or a willingness to learn.
- A self-starting, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
