RMAA Photography Exhibition August 21st - September 18th 2026

Entries Close August 11th or when gallery space is filled.

Hanging Fee (Up to 3 Pieces).

     Members                        $35

     Non-Members                 $40
 

Recieving Friday, August 14th  12pm- 2pm

Saturday, August  12pm - 2pm.

Pickup Friday, September 18th 3pm - 4pm. Saturday, September  19th 12pm -3pm.  

Guidelines:

• This exhibition is open to all professional and amateur photographers. Entrants must be over the age of 18 or an RMAA student member. 
• Each photographer may submit 3 pieces.  Please do not enter work previously exhibited at the Barn gallery in competition.
• Size limit is 42 inches on the longest side. Any work larger than this will be declined. 
• Photographs must be properly framed and ready for hanging, complete with a wire or hanging support. Prints/boards with taped on wire, string, fishing line, gummed tape or sawtooth hangers willl be declined. Artists may be asked to help position heavier pieces. The hanging committee has the right to decline any works.
• NJ State Parks regulations prohibit nudity or suggestive themes.
• Multiple photos in a single frame are not permitted.

Agreement

In agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in the Call for Entries, the participant acknowledges that the Ringwood Manor Association of the Arts and Ringwood State Park are merely the organizers of the event and agree to forever release and discharge the RMAA, Ringwood State Park, and it’s volunteers from any and all actions, claims or demands relating to injuries or damages resulting or arising from my participation in the event. They understand that photos of the artists and their artwork may be used for future publicity and/or grant applications.
