SERSHA Spring 2026 Workshop Registration Form

Each registrant must complete this form either online, by email, or by mail no later than Thursday, March 5, 2026. All payments must be mailed in to ensure participation in the training. There will be an additional $25.00 charge for registrations received or postmarked on or after Friday, March 6, 2026. Cancellation requests must be made three (3) working days prior to the first day of the workshop, and a $10.00 fee will be retained for administrative costs. Active Shooter: The safety of our teams is paramount. This critical course goes beyond theory, teaching the AVOID | DENY | DEFEND framework. It includes a hands-on Stop the Bleed certification and vital training on recovering from workplace violence, ensuring every attendee leaves with the confidence to protect themselves and their colleagues.

SEMAP: For our PHA staff, managers, and auditors, this track is a deep dive into the Section Eight Management Assessment Program. From decoding HUD’s 14 indicators to mastering the "paper trail" for reviews, this course is designed to move your agency toward "High Performer" status through sustainable quality assurance strategies.
