This Puppy Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned Buyer and Jordan's Shorty Jacks (the "Seller") for the purchase of a puppy as described below.

1. Payment Schedule: - The deposit of $250 is due at the time of choosing your puppy. - The balance is due when the puppy is 7 weeks old. 

2. Puppy Pick-Up: The Buyer agrees to pick up the puppy on the scheduled pick-up date or make arrangements for an alternative pick- up date. If the puppy is not picked up within 7 days of the agreed-upon pick-up date, the Buyer forfeits the deposit, and the Seller reserves the right to find a new home for the puppy.

- The Seller guarantees the puppy to be in good health at the time of pick-up.

- A veterinary health check is recommended within 72 hours of pick-up.

- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Buyer and Seller. - Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
