POLICIES & TERMS
Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.
Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment when proper notice is given.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may be subject to additional fees.
Pet Policy
If pets are not disclosed prior to service, an additional fee will be applied.
Homes with pets may require additional cleaning time and may incur a fee ranging from $40–$80 depending on condition.
For safety and efficiency, pets must be secured prior to our arrival.
Appliances
Fridge and oven cleaning are not included in Standard or Deep Cleaning.
These services are included in Move-Out Cleaning only.
Light appliances may be moved when necessary. Heavy appliances will only be moved if safe and accessible.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Additional charges may apply.
