I understand I must complete a separate Pet Registration Form prior to having or keeping any pet in the Unit and anytime after occupancy if I wish to have or keep an animal in my Unit. I understand and expressly acknowledge the Association has the ability to approve or disapprove certain terms of my lease agreement on certain issues AT ANY TIME before or during my tenancy. I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of The Village at Whiskey Creek Condominium Association, Inc., and acknowledge the same on behalf of myself and any minors in my legal custody who will also be residing with me either full- or part-time in the Unit. I expressly acknowledge that if I, or anyone in my household, violate these Rules and Regulations the Association may take appropriate action to terminate my tenancy through lawful eviction. I understand and expressly acknowledge that ALL exterior elements of the Unit are either owned and/or controlled exclusively by the Association as per its declarations and covenants.
