Reservation Requirements:

   - Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

   - Confirmation: All reservations are subject to confirmation and availability. A confirmation email will be sent upon approval.

   - Payment: First hour of your first session is free! Afterwards, there is a $15 fee per hour. Full payment is required at the time you arrive for your reservation.

Usage Guidelines:

   - Time Limits:The conference room can be reserved in hourly increments. Please ensure you vacate the room promptly at the end of your reserved time.

   - Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the conference room is 8 people.

   - Setup and Cleanup: Users are responsible for setting up to their needs and returning it to its original condition. Please dispose of all trash and take any personal belongings with you.

Cancellation Policy:

- Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the reservation time to receive a full refund.

- No Shows: Failure to show up for the reservation without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.

- If you need to cancel or reschedule, there will be a link provided in your confirmation email to do so.

Conduct and Liability:

   - Respectful Use: Users must conduct themselves in a professional manner and respect the space and equipment provided.

   - Damage: Users are liable for any damage to the room or equipment during their reservation. Any damages must be reported immediately.

   - Prohibited Activities: Smoking, vaping, and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited. Illegal activities of any kind are not permitted.

Technical Support:

   - Assistance: Technical support for the conference room equipment is available upon request. Please notify us in advance if you require assistance.

   - Equipment Use: Users are responsible for the proper use of all provided equipment. Any malfunctioning equipment should be reported immediately.

Food and Beverages:

   - Permitted: Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Users must ensure that the area is kept clean and free of spills. Anything more than light snacks are not permitted.

   - Catering: If catering or delivery services are required, please notify us at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.
