1. CATEGORIES OF ENTRY
 Hot Rod, Classic, Original, Custom, Modified, Vintage Project, Modern or Ladies.  The vehicles may be 4x4, Utility, Truck or Bike.
 Vehicles must be driven by a person holding a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
 Be insured in accordance with clause 3.

2. VEHICLES
 Vehicles are not permitted access to the grounds after 8.45am unless authorised by an official.
 Vehicles will be allocated an area to park by an Emerald Car Club Official on the day of the event.
 Vehicles will be on display to the public between 9am and 3pm.
 Presentations will commence at 3.15pm. Strictly no vehicles will be able to move during the presentations.
 Any persons wishing to move their vehicle/s from the grounds must do so between 3pm and 3.15pm or
after the presentations have finished. Any persons wishing to move their vehicles from the show area prior
to the presentations must provide 48 hours written notice to the Emerald Car Club prior to the day of the
event. These vehicles will be escorted from the grounds by an official.
 If you are granted consent to operate a vehicle in the show area you must ensure that any person who
operates the vehicle has a valid drivers licence and operates the vehicle in a safe manner in compliance
with all traffic rules and official directions.
3. INSURANCE
 The Emerald Car Club Inc has Public Liability Insurance for incidents that occur whilst your car is parked
in the show area between the hours of 9am and 3pm. At all other times, the vehicle is at your sole risk.
 You warrant that you will hold and maintain for the duration of the event (for each vehicle you have on
show) the following insurance and documentation to cover obligations under these Terms and Conditions,
unless an alternate arrangement is approved by the organiser in writing:
(a) Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance;
(b) Current registration certificate or temporary permit to move an
unregistered vehicle;
(c) Relevant drivers licence required for the type of vehicle being driven.
 You must immediately notify the organiser of any occurrence, accident or incident related to the event
giving rise or likely to give rise to a claim under any of its insurance policies.
4. RISK AND LIABILITY
 You will exhibit your vehicle at your own risk and release, to the full extent permitted by law, the
organiser and its personnel from any and all claim arising from any accident, loss, damage, injury or death
to any persons or property in or about the show site whilst your vehicle is moving.
 You are responsible for and indemnify the organiser and its personnel against any claims, including claims
arising from accident, loss, damage, injury or death to any persons (including yourself) or property, made
against any of them, or for which any of them may become liable in respect of or arising from or in
connection with any act or omission of yours and the amount of all such claims may be deducted from any
monies due or becoming due to you by the organiser.
5. MISCELLANEOUS
 You give consent that you and any of your vehicles may be filmed or photographed during the event and
agree for the images to be used for promotional purposes by the Emerald Car Club.
Expulsion from the show/event may occur if:
(a) Directions are not followed;
(b) Any behaviour is found to be found unfit by the Emerald Car Club
Officials;
(c) Any mistreatment to the showgrounds where the event is held;
(d) Any mistreatment of other entrants, vehicles or personal belongings.
