Possible Situations to Prepare For:
Role of a Guide When a Parent is Frustrated or Concerned:

Guides support parents and learners without coming between them. Our role is to let parents parent, learners solve their own problems, and ensure guidelines are respected. Guides will always include the learner in any discussions about them. If you have concerns, you can request a meeting with the Guide and your learner.

For transparency, all emails are sent to a joint guide inbox.

The Victim Role:

Sometimes people may fall into the Victim role unknowingly. We suggest reading The Empowerment Dynamic as a family or watching related videos to learn the language of empowerment if this is something that is not yet a strength.

What if My Learner Loses a Priviledge?

If a learner has not made a change with dangerous/disrespectful behavior over a consistent amount of time, your learner may be asked to stay home for a day, it’s a chance for growth. Mistakes are natural and provide opportunities for reflection.

Consider revisiting your family goals, and values, focusing on overcoming challenges and avoiding the Victim mindset. Trust the process and resist the possible urge to step in too quickly.

Ensuring Your Learner's Success at Vibrant Life:

Success involves embracing failures and being committed to long-term growth. Please remember that motivation and achievement have natural ups and downs. Instead of reacting too quickly, we hope you will encourage your learner with a Growth Mindset and patience.

We’re all on our own journeys, and it’s important to trust learners to face their challenges and solve problems, even when it’s tough. Remember to trust the process!

Financial Agreement:

Please sign below stating, you agree to pay on time, and set up automatic withdrawal for the agreed upon amount.

Sparks and Discovery:

$600/month for 10 months, totaling $6,000 annually per student. Unless other arrangements with mulitple student or financial aid have been arranged.
If the student exits or the family chooses to leave, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining month's tuition.
And invoice will be sent for the first months's payment when you enroll.
Please inform us if you desire to pay in full.

Parent and Tot:

$200/month for 10 months, or $2,000 paid in full.
A $200 non-refundable deposit secures your child’s spot, credited towards the last month's tuition.
Early exit refunds will be prorated for the remaining tuition paid monthly or in full.

Parting ways protocol: While we hope this never happens and strive to maintain effective systems and communication, there might be times when a family needs to leave. If a learner's or parent's behavior disrupts the functionality of the studio/community, we may need to ask the family to exit. We will always communicate with the family before taking this step, and we hope respect and understanding will be extended to all parties involved. If this occurs, the remaining tuition for that month will be refunded at a prorated rate.

Navigating Transitions: If a family feels the need to withdraw their child from Vibrant Life, we request at least two meetings with their guide to address concerns, followed by a final meeting with Jenna. If after those meetings, it is decided that withdrawing the child from Vibrant Life is the best course of action, we will refund the current month's tuition at a prorated rate. We appreciate mutual kindness and respect throughout this process.
