🍑🐰NOLA Acre’s Peachy Buns🐰🍑❌We operate as a closed rabbitry❌This means you cannot pick up directly at the rabbitry. This helps with the biosecurity of our herd. However, I can send photos or videos upon request.•{Retainers}•✨We operate on a first come first serve basis✨When purchasing a rabbit we require a 50% retainer of the rabbits fee up front in order to reserve your rabbit. This retainer & final payment after agreeing to rabbit is non-refundable and fairly compensates rabbitry for their lost time & and time put into the rabbit.NO bunnies leave until 8 weeks of age.•{Payments}•We prefer VENMO or CASHAPP.The rabbit will not be able to leave the breeder until the final payment has been fully processed.All animals sold must be picked up at a local public location near us unless the purchaser is having the rabbit transported. We are located in Clanton Alabama; However, we will meet in the surrounding areas listed when needed:🧡In State: Dothan, Mobile, Birmingham, Jasper, Millbrook, Maplesville, Montevallo/ Calera, Hoover, Vestavia, will add more soon.🚙 Out of State: Conway AR, Memphis TN, Shreveport LAIf having your bunny transported, we will meet in the locations provided above as well. **Please message us BEFORE booking a transport as we do not work with all transports** If you need your bunny/rabbit held there will be a boarding fee of $20 per week added to the ending fee of your rabbit. Non-payment of this fee will result in termination of purchase with no refunds owed on already paid balances. •{Genders}•We strive to sex our rabbits to the best of our knowledge; However, accidents may happen. If this happens before the rabbit leaves our care we will reach out to you to let you choose if you would like to move forward with your purchase or if you would like a refund. Buyer has the right to check the rabbit before taking the rabbit home to ensure the gender themselves as well as check the rabbit's teeth. Once the rabbit leaves our care that is acceptance that you are accepting the condition of the rabbit. •{Health}• Once any rabbit leaves our possession, we will not be held liable for any problems that arise from the transaction, either directly or indirectly.We strive to only home healthy animals & All rabbits are guaranteed to be healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. By completing the purchase and taking possession of the rabbit, the buyer confirms the rabbit is healthy at the time of purchase and meets their expectations. The seller will not be responsible for any veterinary bills incurred after the sale of the rabbit, refunds, or exchanges.If the Rabbit is transported, we cannot guarantee the health of the rabbit after transport & cannot be held liable for any sickness that may arise after the rabbit leaves our care. •{Rabbit Care}•We ask that if you purchase a pet rabbit from us and things come up preventing you from being able to further take care of the rabbit; to please let us know/have first option for the rabbit back before passing the rabbit to others.All rabbits will come with a transition bag of feed & pedigree. If you are a new bunny owner please let me know and I will supply you with a care sheet! 🧡Please ensure you bring a suitable carrier at the time of pickup (ex: small dog carrier, tote/tub, box).
