Kindly complete the travel inquiry form in its entirety. Please note that a non-refundable planning fee is required before any research can commence. Each form is designed for a single destination and can accommodate up to 2 quotes. If you have multiple destinations in mind, kindly fill out a separate form for each one.
Upon receipt of your completed form and planning fee, please anticipate a waiting period of 3-5 business days to receive your quotes. The duration may be extended if there is a substantial number of quotes to process. Rest assured, our team will reach out to you within 3-5 business days to delve into the specifics of your itinerary, should further information be required to commence the planning process. Kindly be aware that failure to provide a budget may potentially impede the initiation of your research.
Booking Process:
Step 1: Enter Traveler Information. There is a specific section on the form to input the number of travelers going on the trip. Complete the guest entry with all the required details. If you don't have all the guest(s) information, you can proceed by providing the Leader of the Group information. Please note that all guest information must be provided before the booking is confirmed.
Step 2: Provide Travel Details.
Step 3: Proceed to Payment. Authorize the payment for the planning fee.

For groups of 4 or less, the fee is $25. For groups of 5 or more, the fee is $50.
Step 4: Allow 3-5 business days for the quotes to be sent to your email.
Quotes will be sent via email within 3-5 business days. Upon receipt of your form, you will be presented with two options based on your travel inquiry. A single revision to your quote will be offered within 5 days of the initial delivery. Any subsequent revisions or quotes will incur an additional fee. Clients are required to respond to quotes and/or provide feedback within 5 days of receiving the initial quote, failure to do so may result in the abandonment of the quote request. Please be aware that if you are not prepared to make a deposit when you receive your quote, prices are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time. A $25 change fee will be applied for any alterations made after the booking is confirmed. For multiple changes made at different times, a fee will be charged for each change. A cancellation fee of up to $50 per person will be deducted from the refund.
