Yes, I the Owner can foster until adopted.No, I need help finding a foster. NOTE: We are a foster based rescue and CANNOT take a dog without an available foster. We will do our best to find a foster, but cannot guarantee it.

We cannot accept your do unless you are able to continue to keep it until we can find it a new home.

Please try our friends at Operation Kindness. They are a larger kennel-based rescue.

Owner Surrender Contract
TERMS:

By submitting this Owner Surrender form, you agree to all of the following:
- You are the legal owner or guardian of the dog named herein and have the authority to surrender the animal.
- You are relinquishing ownership and all rights to the dog named herein by surrendering your dog to White Rock Dog Rescue.
- You understand that once the animal is surrendered, White Rock Dog Rescue has ownership and all rights to put the animal up for adoption and place the animal in a forever home.
- You understand that White Rock Dog Rescue is not responsible for previous, outstanding bills related to the animal.
- You certify that you have disclosed all information about the animal concerning health, behavior, history, and anything else that may affect the safe placement of the animal in a new home and that all statements made herein are true and correct.
- I understand that submitting this application does not obligate White Rock Dog Rescue to accept my dog.
