The Labrador West SPCA is an all-volunteer,chairty, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. the Labrador West SPCA is completly funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by the shelter and/or foster homes and have been asssesed by a registered veterinarian prior to adoption. All Labrador West SPCA animals wil recieve de-worming, vacinations and spay/neutering ( dependant of age) prior to being placed within an adoptive home. We recommend adopters to get pet insurance for your adopted pet to lower the stress of possibly paying large unexpected or unplanned expenses that may occur. This questionare is designed to help the Labrador West SPCA and yourself determine what animal is right for you and your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. The Labrador West SPCA reserves rights to deny any adoption based on answers within this form and/or interviews conducted prior to adoption.Singing this form gives rights to the Labrador West SPCA to contact any references and veterinary clinics listed on this form.
