Because we operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law, we do things a little differently at Sweet Home Sweets & we know you have questions. Here's a bunch we hear throughout the day. We hope it helps! If we missed something, please ask us!
We do not have a brick-and-mortar storefront. Our bright pop-up tent serves as our physical storefront location to our customers. We like to be wherever the people are! If you wish to visit one of the vendor markets, check on Sweet Home Sweets social pages for BTS in the test kitchen and real time updates about markets.
Returns. We do not accept returns for obvious reasons! Each Custom Order is baked from scratch created with you in mind. If you are not satisfied with our services, we're hear to help. Please message us & let us know how you we can serve you better. Our email address is: orders@sweethomesweets.com
Shipping is unavailable. We are still working out the kinks. Shipping has its challenges and we want the most perfect first experience when delivering our products. It's an added bonus to see your front door open with a big excited smile on your face! Although, it is not impossible. Some customers have had success sending their own care packages to loved ones independently.
Need to try before you buy a full batch? Come by the booth at one of my vendor markets! Visit with me and my dad in person and pick out a smorgasbord of our popular "Everyday" Favorites + seasonal flavors. We don't showcase the whole menu, but you can call or text us 48 hours before the vendor market if there is a specific flavor you would like to try.
