I take on a limited number of 1:1 coaching clients - women who are done shrinking, done doubting, and ready to finally give themselves permission to live fully as who they actually are.

We will use the power of trauma-informed breathwork, somatic coaching, mindset shifting, and heartset work to help you trust your own voice, see yourself clearly, and heal the wounds that keep you playing small.

I'm here to support you in your spiritual development, emotional healing, releasing limiting beliefs, and developing unshakable self-trust + unconditional self-love.
