  • I am not currently suffering from fatigue that would impair my ability to drive.
  • I am not under the influence of any drugs and/or alcohol.
  • I have not taken any prescription or over the counter medication that would impair my ability to drive.
  • I have taken the statutory minimum rest breaks during the last 24 and 72 hours.
  • I have had a minimum of 7 continuous hours stationary rest since the completion of my last work day.
  • I have sufficient driving hours available under the relevant fatigue management regime to perform my duties for the day including a reasonable allowance for delays.
  • I am free from any other factors which may impair my ability to drive.
