JBI Evidence Synthesis offers authors with a proficiency in languages other than English (LOTE) the opportunity to submit a translation of their systematic or scoping review abstract (without using AI or translation tools). This initiative aims to make research more inclusive, improve equitable access, and better serve the diversity of JBI and our readership. The translated LOTE abstract will be available for users to access via the Supplemental Digital Content within the article.
After your manuscript has been copyedited, the JBI Evidence Synthesis editor will be in contact with you to organise the abstract translation as well as some short social media posts to translate, so your LOTE abstract can then be promoted across JBI social platforms.
1. Please read Medical Infographic Design Best Practices up to and including ‘Accessibility and Inclusivity’ 2. Email jbicommunication@adelaide.edu.au with key points on what you would like to communicate visually in an infographic. Attaching a sketch or drawing of your idea(s) is optional.
Please review your responses and submit this form. You will be contacted shortly.
