            Renter & WLCFA Responsibilities

          • WLCFA Responsibilities:

            *Will provide access to the grounds and/or buildings in a timely manner.

            *Reserves the right to trespass renters or guests of renters.

            *Reserves the right to refuse rentals to individuals or organizations if the fair board determines the proposed event is contrary in any way to the mission of WLCFA or if the board determines that the potential for destruction or damage to the grounds and buildings is too great a risk.

            *Will provide thirty (30) day notice if cancellation of this agreement is required.
